Everything was dirty. The beds were OK. The bathroom was disgusting. We had a downstairs floor. All night all I could hear was the people above us walking it sounded like they were going to come to the ceiling. It was miserable. I was scared to take a shower because it was so gross. The floors were dirty. The shower was dirty, sinks, dirty. All the baseboards were just covered in filth would never stay there again.

I like where the property is located it was very convenient to the event I was attending. Plus it was in a quiet location compared to my previous stays in Pismo. The bed was amazing and comfortable. The staff were very nice even called me when I didnt request to have maid service to make sure my room did or didnt need attention. I was traveling for a dog rescue fundraiser and I was very happy to find a place that accepted my 3 medium size dogs and were fellow dog lovers themselves. I will definitely stay here again for future trips.
